SHIPPING POLICY
Each piece is handmade-to-order, please allow 1-2 weeks for the creation and shipping of the piece. This also means all pieces will vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the jewelry pieces and chosen stones. All shipping is through USPS. Free first class mail on orders over $50. Free priority shipping on orders over $100.

Didn't get what you were expecting? RIVE offers a few different ways for you to be thrilled with your purchase & will do what we can to help you be happy!
If you are not pleased with your order you may choose to return it or exchange it up to 30 days of receiving the order. The jewelry must be returned unaltered and in the original packaging.

Custom orders are nonrefundable and not available for return. They are absolutely able to be altered or repaired to meet expectations.

repairs
If you receive a product that arrived damaged, ordered the wrong size, or damaged the piece within one year please contact Mariah Flynn at rivejeweler@gmail.com with your problem (pictures are very helpful!) within one year of ordering and we will try to get it repaired or replaced asap!
